MANDY ELZINGA
Mandy joined the Miltonvale community in 2013, opening Starr Avenue Salon & Spa. Mandy brings 20+ years of experience. 10-15 of those years she has owned her own salons. Mandy loves learning all things about hair. She wants to bring the best. She not only strives for just that but her goal is to accomplish just that. She not only wants your hair care needs to be top notch she wants your time with her to be top notch. She takes emense pride in the beauty industry and loves helping everyone have the same experience. She will do her best to take the absolute best care of you!!!
AMY HAMEL
Amy joined Starr Avenue Salon & Spa in December of 2016 and is the owner of Synergy Massage. Amy not only is an expert in massage with 6 years of experience, she enjoys constantly learning and growing in her career. And that knowledge provides an amazing massage experience for her clients!
She will take great care of you and your massage needs.
JAMIE FENGEL
Jamie joined Starr Avenue Salon & Spa in October of 2020 and is the owner of Studio Nails.
Specializing in unique nail techniques and her pedicures are like none-other.
Jamie takes great pride in nail offerings and can't wait to pamper you!
